Andessa Jacket Review
After buying my second jacket, I don't think I'll ever buy anything but Arc'teryx when it comes to outer wear.
There is nothing like it. Simple, elegant cut combined with warmth and functionality.
I recently purchased Andessa Jacket in black and roseberry and I am ecstatic about it.
The combination of dawn, coreloft and gore-tex makes it the absolute weather proof piece of garment - cold, wind, rain and snow.
I never liked gore-tex before but Andessa looks and feels like silk, so soft and light, and shapes perfectly around your body.
It is extremely warm when you are outdoors, but at the same time you don't boil when you spend time indoors shopping.
There isn't anything that hasn't been thought through and above:
Pit zippers for venting
Water tight zippers
Wind flap with snap closures
Easy-sliding sleeve lining
Laminated Velcro cuff adjusters
Adjustable hem draw cord
Detachable powder skirt with gripper elastic and snap closure
and many, many more....
Again you can wear the jacket while skiing or hiking as well as walking around the city. I love the minimalist chik of the jacket combined with tasteful colour scheme, which makes it timeless. In other words - jacket for life.
